The Ghost is mainly an offense vehicle. It can get you across the map very fast but can also be used very deadly with it's twin plasma cannons and the vehicle's boost to splatter enemies. The Ghost is also a vehicle where you will want to be facing your enemies, if they get behind you or beside you, your head and body are very vunerable as well as the Covenant equivalent to a gas tank, which will only take a couple of good shots to explode.

Driving Strategies

The Ghost is definitly one of the harder vehicles to be good with driving. This is mainly due to the vehicles high speeds and boost function. The main problem with the boost function is that it takes away the drivers ability to fire the twin plasma cannons and to turn quickly. Now the manoeuvrability of the vehicle while boosting can be helped with the use of the air brake (A button). This function lifts up the front of the Ghost slightly, making it slow down the tiniest bit. While holding down the A button you can turn much quicker while boosting and the slight lift will help you over objects aswell as other vehicles.

Offensive Strategies

The air brake just mentioned (A button) is also very helpful for offense. It is alot harder to splatter someone without using the boost (Maybe impossible) and if your enemy starts moving this sharp turning technique can be the difference between a hit or a miss. Though the two plasma cannons are also very helpful in battle, lets say in case of other vehicles. When you do enounter other vehicles you will have to not use the boost to be able to fire. Circling the enemy vehicle is a very effective way of taking down it but also try to use the boost every now and then to get behind the vehicle. Though whatever you do try your hardest to not expose yourself to enemy fire and keep the front of the Ghost facing your target.
